Version of 23 September 2026.
This policy explains what data the go2frg.org website may receive about you, why, who else sees it, and what you can do about it. We collect only what we need to answer your message, and we never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is the public organization “Foundation for Community Development” (Громадська організація «Фонд розвитку громади»), EDRPOU code 38042419, Kramatorsk, Ukraine.
For any question about your data, write to frg.ngo@gmail.com or call +380 50 821 4978.
What data we receive
Contact form. If you fill in the form on the Contacts page, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your message. The form stores nothing on the website: your message is delivered straight to the foundation’s mailbox as an email.
Technical data. When you open any page, your browser, as on any website, sends your IP address, browser and device type, the address of the page and the page you came from. This is needed to deliver the page and to protect the website from attacks.
Visit statistics. We see anonymous statistics: how many times pages were viewed, which countries visitors come from and which websites referred them. This is provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not allow us to identify who visited the website.
The website takes no online payments and has no user accounts or registration.
Why we use data
- to answer your message and continue the conversation if you wish;
- to keep the website running, available and secure;
- to understand which materials visitors find useful and to improve the website.
By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of the data you entered in order to answer your message. Technical data and anonymous statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and secure.
Who else has access to data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, delivers its pages, protects it from attacks, provides visit statistics and forwards contact form messages to the foundation’s mailbox.
- Google LLC provides the foundation’s mailbox, where contact form messages arrive.
- YouTube (Google LLC). Some pages embed YouTube videos. When you open such a page or play a video, YouTube may receive your technical data and set its own cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy.
These companies’ servers may be located outside Ukraine, including in the United States and the European Union. We use only providers that ensure adequate protection of personal data.
Links to our pages on Facebook, YouTube and Telegram lead to third-party services, whose own privacy policies govern what they collect.
We do not share your data with anyone else, except where Ukrainian law expressly requires it.
Cookies
The website itself sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser. Cookies can come only from embedded YouTube videos, as described above.
How long we keep data
Contact form emails stay in the foundation’s mailbox for as long as needed to answer you and conclude the conversation. We then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your correspondence sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:
- know which of your data we process, for what purpose and to whom we pass it;
- access your data;
- have inaccurate data corrected or your data deleted;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- object to the processing of your data;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua) or a court.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at frg.ngo@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 calendar days.
Children
The website is not intended to collect data from children. If you are under 14, please contact us together with a parent or another legal guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the way the website works or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top.
